Quality management is called quality management aspect of the overall business function that determines and implements the quality policy. Achieving the desired quality requires the commitment and participation of all members of the company, the management responsibility lies with the senior management of the company. This management includes planning, organization and control of system development and other activities related to quality, implementation of quality policy of a company requires a quality system, understood as the whole structure, organization, responsibilities, processes , procedures and resources that are established to carry out quality management. The quality system shall not extend further than the requirements for quality objectives.
